Su anterior disco <em><strong>Everything Will Be Alright In The End<\/strong><\/em> nos acab\u00f3 gustando tanto que acabamos por quitarle la cruz al grupo tras los repetidos fracasos discogr\u00e1ficos de los \u00faltimos. Ahora el grupo filtra un nuevo single (sin noticias de si habr\u00e1 nuevo disco pronto) y el propio <strong>Rivers Cuomo<\/strong> se muestra entusiasmado, con un mensaje en las redes sociales que da para pensar si no se encontraba bajo el influjo de alg\u00fan tipo de sustancia para fliparse de tal manera. Yo no he flipado ni un 10% del nivel que lo hace Cuomo con el nuevo tema. De hecho, me parece hasta entre flojo y muy flojo.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed va el mensaje compartido en el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/weezer\/posts\/10153068996282273\">Facebook<\/a> del grupo:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><em>\u00abOh my god you guys, the new single is amazing! After we played it last night, I turned to my plus one and said, with glee, \u00abit&#8217;s no Back to the Shack!! Hands down Thank God for Girls is the far, far better song. I&#8217;m no music critic but I have no problem sharing my opinion on this.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><em>I will say the band seems to be putting their all into it. There&#8217;s a spoken intro that reminded me of \u00abMiss Sweeney\u00bb and a really pretty classic Weezer guitar driven melody. And Scott plays the keyboard on parts of it. I love the abrupt acapella ending, it showcases my voice.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><em>The lyrics sound pretty out there and remind me of my tumblr work. Very unique, very different, a bit dark. (I especially love the Adam lyric parts) \u2026 that last line is gold.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><em>I&#8217;m not a huge fan of rapped out sections in songs but there&#8217;s a lot of cool work going on here with harmonies. I think the music is really great, I&#8217;m a huge fan of organs being used and piano in the verse.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><em>It&#8217;s a perfect mix of weezer past and future. The chorus soars on melodic wings. It rocks sooooo hard. I can&#8217;t really compare it to anything specific we\u2019ve ever done. But I can&#8217;t wait for more!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><em>I think this may be a big hit single. I hope I&#8217;m not overselling it but I think it\u2019s great! (adventurous, brave, fun, compelling, rocking, and I just LOVE it.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><em>I love this song, I love weezer, and I love you! =w= OCTOBER 13!!!
