Desde su \u00faltimo \u00abtour de despedida\u00bb, Trent Reznor<\/strong> hab\u00eda mantenido que Nine Inch Nails<\/strong> no hab\u00eda desaparecido para siempre, \u00fanicamente estaba centrado en otras cosas. Despu\u00e9s de algunas declaraciones el a\u00f1o pasado que ya indicaban que habr\u00eda nuevo disco de NIN<\/strong> en 2013, Reznor ha emitido un comunicado en el que lo ha hecho oficial.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s de la salida del trabajo discogr\u00e1fico, se plantea un amplio tour que tendr\u00e1 lugar en 2013 y 2014, y durante el cual, la plantilla de m\u00fasicos que lo conformar\u00eda ser\u00eda: Eric Avery<\/strong> de Jane’s Addiction, Adrian Belew<\/strong> de King Crimson, Josh Eustis<\/strong> de Telefon Tel Aviv y los antiguos colaboradores de la banda Alessandro Cortini<\/strong> e Ilan Rubin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Nine Inch Nails are touring this year.<\/em><\/p>\n

I was working with Adrian Belew on some musical ideas, which led to some discussion on performing, which led to some beard-scratching, which (many steps later) led to the decision to re-think the idea of what Nine Inch Nails could be, and the idea of playing a show. Calls were made to some friends, lots of new ideas were discussed, and a show was booked \u2013 which led to another, which somehow led to a lot of shows.<\/em><\/p>\n

The band is reinventing itself from scratch and will be comprised of Eric Avery, Adrian Belew, Alessandro Cortini, Josh Eustis, Ilan Rubin, and me. The first shows will begin this summer, followed by a full-on arena tour of the US this fall, and lots of other dates worldwide to follow through 2014.<\/em><\/p>\n
